Cruxsmith is one senior engineer, AI-augmented, so you get the person doing the work, not an agency's layers or a junior learning on your account. The name is the idea: in climbing, the crux is the single hardest, most decisive move on a route. Clear it and the rest opens up. We find the one move gating your business, build through it, and stay accountable for what we built.
Twelve-plus years building software at scale, the kind with real users and real consequences, is the foundation. The website is the easy part. The systems behind it, the search presence, the lead pipeline, the software that runs the day, are where a business actually wins or loses.
We bring that senior engineering to the businesses that rarely get it: the roofer, the private school, and the operation that needs real software and would rather have the engineer building it than an agency managing it.
