Who we are

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the business or website you provide, and your message.
• Client calls. If we work together and talk by video or phone, those calls are recorded and transcribed by default, so the work stays aligned to what you said. You can opt out at any time, and we never sell or share the recordings.
• Basic analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, rough location, device, and how you arrived. It sets a first-party cookie to recognize repeat visits and measure usage. It does not know your name, and we keep advertising and cross-site features off, so the data improves this site rather than following you around the web.
• Anti-spam signals. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. It may process limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we don't run third-party ad pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.
• To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it's used.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

Who processes your data

We keep our vendor list short. The site and bot protection run on Cloudflare; product and traffic analytics run on PostHog; your message is delivered to us by email through Resend (our email provider) and Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to help you, and longer only where there's an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. You can also opt out of analytics by turning on Do Not Track in your browser or by blocking analytics cookies.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
