Work

Client builds, and our own production software.

A developer-led studio should show the machine, not just the dashboard. Here is real client work, run end to end, alongside the production software we build and run ourselves, across the web, native apps, and AI.

Palisade Roofing

A Palisade Roofing truck in front of a Tri-Cities home with a newly installed roof

The crux: a slow page-builder site, thin on structure, leaking leads.

What we built: a full rebuild onto a custom Cloudflare stack (all 62 pages score 90+ on mobile, 56 at 95+), replacing a $55/mo page-builder with a faster site at $0/mo on Cloudflare; sitewide schema; analytics and Search Console wired correctly; an address change pushed across their online listings; and a lean lead-intake stack that texts the owner on a new inquiry and lets customers book themselves, with AI working every lead. The business holds a 5.0 rating across 112 Google reviews.

Sol & Son Dual Language Academy

Sol and Son Dual Language Academy logo

The crux: a brand-new bilingual school that needs the right families to find it.

What we're doing: building its website and bilingual (English and Spanish) search presence, in progress now. We flagged early that Google disables reviews and Business Profile posts for the school category, a rule most agencies miss, so we're focused on what actually moves enrollment rather than a review plan that can't run.

Brandi Rininger

Brandi Rininger, Carolina Smokies real estate broker

The crux: a real-estate broker across a wide mountain market who needs the right buyers, sellers, and relocators to find her.

What we built: a fast, content-rich site for the Carolina Smokies, with market reports, neighborhood and buyer-and-seller guides, a journal, and structured local content built to be found across the region she serves.

A note on metrics. Detailed private numbers (search analytics, lead volume) are shared in a conversation with each client's permission rather than posted publicly. The figures above are publicly verifiable or our own engineering measurements. Happy to walk through the rest when we talk.

Built & run in-house

Software we build and run ourselves

"Developer-led" is literal. The through-line is front-end craft, backed by a working command of the whole stack: interfaces that look and feel right, pixel-clean and smooth, built across many environments over the years. AI is how we hit that bar faster now, not a substitute for it. We ship across the web, native apps, and AI, and hold client work to the same standard.

Peanut Gallery

A real-time AI commentary engine, shipped as a web app and a released Chrome extension: live transcription plus multi-model orchestration, streaming reactions in under 300ms, on your own keys. Applied AI in the open, the proof we build with it, not just talk about it.

Local guide · bilingual · Franklin, NC

FranklinWhat

A local's events calendar and area guide for Franklin and the Nantahala, built fully in English and Spanish. It pulls from more than thirty sources twice a day, works offline when the cell signal does not, and is tuned to be the most useful answer to "what is there to do here." Our own project, and a working model of the local, bilingual search presence we build for clients.

And a steady stream of tools. FieldReady, an on-site knowledge app for real-estate agents (getfieldready.app); Indenture, a native macOS invoicing app we run the business on, the kind of internal tool we can build or adapt for yours (the build story →); an adaptive, bilingual tutoring engine; and earlier work using AI for physical, real-world problem-solving. The point is range: if it runs on software, we can build it.
